You never
stop growing

I’m here to help you on your growth journey.

Therapy Sessions are offered virtually
and in-person in My Woodinville office

As a therapist, my passion lies in helping children and parents navigate life’s challenges and discover their unique strengths. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive space where you or your child can explore emotions, build confidence, and find ways to express yourselves authentically.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a dance teacher, connecting with kids through movement and creativity. Growing up, I poured countless hours into competitive dance. While I loved the art, the pressures of perfecting my form often left me grappling with self-esteem and body image challenges. Teaching dance became a way to help children find joy and self-expression without the weight of those pressures—and ultimately inspired my transition to therapy, where I could make an even deeper impact.

In my practice, I help kids build self-confidence, navigate big emotions, and foster resilience. I also enjoy working with parents, supporting them in finding practical, compassionate approaches to parenting that nurture their connection with their children while promoting calm and balance at home.

Outside the office, I find inspiration in painting, escaping into romantasy novels, and spending time on family adventures. These activities remind me of the importance of creativity, connection, and self-care—values I bring into my work with clients.

I would be honored to support you or your child on your therapy journey. Let’s work together to create a path toward growth, strength, and a fuller sense of self.
