healing, nonverbal way to process and work through life’s challenges

Hi, I’m Catie Heath.

I’ve been a child and family therapist for over 10 years. When I became a mother, myself, it helped me to truly appreciate the challenges that my clients go through in their families and a need for an identity outside of parenting.

You can trust that our work will include themes around connection, emotional expression, and authenticity.
